		<description><![CDATA[Honestly, especially with the increased ease of updating Web site content, I think wineries owe it to their customers to open bottles from their library perhaps every year and publish the notes.

The notes should include an impression of what seems to be changing.

And I think a winery should be bold enough to actually write that the fruit is fading, or a problem is developing, so that customers can still salvage their money&#039;s worth from those bottles they may be ignoring (or thinking to be improving).

Of course, that means I better do that now!]]></description>
