Hi John!
I am a Private Chef in Sonoma and I am really wanting to make this Arugula Salad with Mortadella and Robiola for a luncheon next Friday the 16th. I was wondering if you would point me in the right direction of some vendors that might sell both? I am a regular at Oliver's Market in Santa Rosa, but have never seen either (but then again I have never been seeking them out!) Was thinking Traverso's but not sure. Thanks so much :)
