Learn about the adventure of growing and cooking with oysters from the team at Hog Island Oyster Co., which started more than 40 years ago in Tomales Bay. Now known as one of the nation’s finest growers, Hog Island operates five restaurants that showcase their tasty products.

The evening will feature recipes from “The Hog Island Book of Fish & Seafood,”

We’ll have books available for purchase at the event. Guests will enjoy recipe demonstrations and a delicious meal prepared from the cookbook. Reservations include two glasses of wine, along with non-alcoholic beverages.

All proceeds support training, shelter and housing programs at Homeward Bound of Marin.
