IACP Award nomination

Great News! The Hog Island Book of Fish & Seafood has been nominated for an award by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) in the Single Subject category.

This marks the second nomination for the book, with the first nomination coming from The James Beard Foundation.

I’m truly honored that this book was selected. Collaborating with Hog Island Oyster Co. was a great experience; they are the gold standard for working with fish and shellfish. This is especially meaningful because the book plays a significant role in supporting the health of our oceans.
