John has created a special menu for this event, showcasing Cooking Wild recipes.
Reception: Three appetizers – Bacon Wrapped Dates with Almonds and Goat Cheese, Carrot Hummus and Tuscan Chicken Liver Toasts.
Entrée: Venison with Blackberry Sage Sauce
Dessert: Maple Flan
Chef John Ash will pair each course with a Lake County wine.
