I’ve always been intrigued by the Stanford Inn. I go to Mendocino fairly often and I always look up on that beautiful property on the banks of Big River. and wonder what goes on there. The answer is a lot.
My fascination increased when I heard that the restaurant, The Ravens, was doing vegetarian food and then became committed to Vegan. Most diners really don’t know what that is but if you want to find out how delicious it can be . . . book a stay at the Stanford Inn. Spend some time if you can and seek out Jeff Stanford who is one of the most “evolved” persons I’ve ever met!
