Please join Hog Island Oyster Co’s founding partner John Finger and James Beard Award-winning chef and author John Ash for an intimate celebration of our new cookbook, The Hog Island Book of Fish and Seafood. We will gather at our Larkspur Oyster Bar on Thursday, August 17th for a four-course dinner plus oyster bar and beverage pairings, savoring recipes from the cookbook. Each guest will also receive a signed copy of the cookbook.

This special ticketed dinner will be served in our outdoor event tent with beautiful views of Mt.Tam. The evening will begin with a raw oyster bar and cocktail created by our Beverage Director, Saul Ranella. We’ll then sit down to a dinner with wine pairings prepared by our Larkspur Head Chef, B Adamo:

1st course – Paired with Schramsberg, Blanc de Blanc

3rd course – Paired with Morgan Chardonnay
Halibut with Lemon Risotto
Mascarpone, english peas and greens
Petrale Sole Caponata (Half Moon Bay)
Sunburst squash, eggplant, bell pepper, tomato

4th course – Paired with a digestif
Seasonal Dessert
